MaxSeal Optional Extreme High Wind Magnets

Extreme High Wind magnets are the strongest magnets available for pet doors. These can be used in the exterior frame of any MaxSeal pet door where you wish to have a wind proof opening. The strength is so strong that we recommend that you only use 3 of these Extreme Magnets even on the largest MaxSeal pet door. Using more is not needed and does not increase the effectiveness. Smaller doors (Medium and smaller) should only attempt to use 2 Extreme Magnets.

If you have timid or small pet you may want to introduce these magnets one at a time until they are used to the increased resistance. The very tiny sized pets and small cats may have a longer learning curve when using pet doors with Extreme Magnets, or may even experience difficulty.
